We go to work researching, contacting, and interviewing potential real estate agents who meet your criteria. When we find the best custom match for you, we will give you all the details and credentials of that agent and put you in touch.
We will set up a call with you and your custom-matched real estate agent. If you decide the agent is a good fit - great! If for some reason, you decide that agent is not a good fit for you, we will use your feedback to match you with a different agent.
Once you decide to hire an agent, you will sign a Brokerage Agreement directly with your real estate agent's brokerage. You will work directly with them and they will guide you through the process of purchasing your home or investment property.

Erin has over 25 years of experience in a career that has spanned the whole spectrum of the real estate industry: she has worked in residential sales, commercial leasing, title & escrow, luxury sales & marketing, transaction management, building real estate investment portfolios, and most recently acting as the Director of Operations for a corporate real estate consulting firm. Having experience in so many aspects of the real estate industry has provided a comprehensive understanding of the market and a unique perspective that she employs to help with your Custom Agent Match.
